Fee for final cleaning (mandatory) is 175$ / 175€. Also please note, that the prices are valid for up to 6 guests, for 7-10 guests there's an extra fee of 30$ / 30€ per night. Otherwise the prices includes 13% Florida salestax, wireless internet access (bring your own laptop), bed linen, towels, electricity and water as well as free use of all the communal activities at the Resort. Please contact us for special prices when renting two or more weeks.
Please also note that we are flexible about arrival days, that the house can be rented for “uneven” periods, e.g. 9-12 days, and that
arrival at the Resort can be arranged around the clock.
Furthermore heating of the private pool (only necessary from November to March) can be rented on a day-to-day basis and extra cleaning etc. can be ordered.

See below the available weeks for each house - one booking calender pr. house. If you are a larger party, or two or more families travelling together, and you wish to book more than one house, please make a note in the contact form, and we will make you a good offer.

This is your guarantee that everything is as promised, that the house is ready, cleaned and in perfect condition when you arrive – and it is your protection against double or “forgotten” bookings.
It also means that you as a guest get the same safety and security as you get when renting via a rental office and at the same time you save approx. 20 - 30% by renting directly with us.
