The townhome


Our townhome offers you the best of both worlds for the entire family – it combines the five-star communal activities of Paradise Palms and a private holiday home with private pool and a covered lanai.

Our townhome is with its 162 m2 (1,780 square feet) divided between 4 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms and an outdoor pool area of 50 m2, the house has enough room for two families with children or one family and grandparents – see floor plan here -

Generel information:

The house are built and was ready for occupation in November 2008. In front of the house there are two parking spaces, streetlights, a “garbage can” disguised as a seat (emptied daily) and a little front yard with palm trees.

  • All bedrooms, the kitchen-dining area and the covered lanai are equipped with ceiling fans and aircondition.
  • Bedding and towels are provided.
  • All televisions are with cable TV.
  • Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
  • With its wide doors and access to all necessities on the ground floor, the house is handicap-friendly for elderly people, walking-imparied and wheelchair users.

The ground floor is equipped with:

  • Entrance with house alarm (the house is secured with key card, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers + a first aid kit).
  • A large bedroom with a King sized bed, walk-in closet, dresser, linen cupboard and a 37" LCD flat screen television.
  • Bathroom with basin, closet, WC and shower.
  • The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with American style fridge/freezer/ice, microwave, a cooker + oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, coffee machine, tin can opener, hand mixer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, bowls, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses for 10 persons dishtowels, double kitchen sink, telephone etc.
  • Dining area with room for 10 persons, kitchen table with a sofa bench and four chairs, five high stools.
  • Living room with a luxurious sofa, two large comfortable chairs, coffee table, four additional poufs and an entertainment centre. This includes a large 42" LCD flat screen television with cable TV, pay per view film, DVD system and CD player. If you bring your laptop with you there is also free broadband Internet access (wireless). Additionally, the sofa can be pulled out and easily transformed into a double sized bed.
Outside there is a covered lanai (about 10 m2) with a ceiling fan and a private pool screened with wire mesh (about 50 m2). Furthermore, it is fully screened towards the neighbours.

It is furnished with a table and four chairs, allowing you to sit and enjoy your breakfast or your dinner, lie back and work on topping up that tan on the two sun loungers or take a cool swim in the south facing pool (depth 1 – 1.20 metres and 20 m2 big).

Furthermore, according to American Law, the pool has a safety fence with a parent lock in order to prevent small children from falling into the pool.

Upper floor:

  • Master Suite with King sized bed, large dresser with drawers, 37" LCD television, a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a bath/shower unit, his n hers basins, large vanity mirror, hair dryer, linen cupboard, large closet and a separate WC.
  • The third bedroom with Queen sized bed, large closet, a dresser with drawers and a LCD television.
  • Child’s room with a bunk bed with a latter and room for three children (the bottom bed being a double sized bed and the top a single), two bean bags, furniture with LCD television and closet (NB equipped with floor fan).
  • The third bathroom features WC, twin basin, bathroom cupboard and shower.
  • Laundry cupboard with high capacity laundry washing machine, tumble drier, bedding and towels, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
And finally a private, locked room used for various storage.
